Contact-form data and purpose

The form processes your name, contact details, vessel details and message to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and take requested pre-contract steps.

Google Analytics — only with consent

If you expressly accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-SKZH1RGYJJ) to understand use of the site. Visited pages, interaction timing, approximate location, device and browser data and online identifiers may be processed. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. You may withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings.

Recipients and international transfers

Hosting and business-email providers may process data as processors. After consent, analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may also be processed outside the EEA subject to safeguards described by Google. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising profiles.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become a business relationship are deleted within 12 months. Business records are retained as required by law. The cookie choice is retained for 180 days. Analytics retention follows the setting in the GA4 property; the controller must verify and document that setting before publication.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object, or withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency.

Security and changes
